2023 Property Taxes

Irricana Property Taxes for 2023 were mailed out on May 25, 2023 and are due by June 30, 2023. Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit, Online Payee, or Bank Transfer. Please note that credit cards are not accepted.

If you have recently purchased Property in Irricana, please contact the Town Office at (403) 935-4672 as Tax Notices were sent to the property owner(s) noted on the Certificate of Title, and notification of recent ownership change may not have been received from Alberta Land Titles.

If your taxes are to be paid by your Mortgage Company, your financial institution has been provided with a copy of the Property Tax Notice, and you have received the original. A Receipt will be forwarded to you upon payment by your Mortgage Company.

Eligible senior homeowners can defer all or part of their municipal property taxes with a low-interest home equity loan through the YourAlberta (Government of Alberta) Seniors Property Tax Deferral Program.
