Welcome Gareth Thomas, our new Tri-Community Peace Officer shared with the Village of Beiseker and the Village of Acme!
The Village of Beiseker entered into a Service Agreement with the Town of Irricana and the Village of Acme in July, 2023. The Tri-Community agreement sought to provide enforcement services to the three municipalities. The Peace Officer’s role has a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities regarding the Tri-Community Agreement, with the primary responsibility of enforcing municipal bylaws, animal control and all provincial statutes including traffic, for which enforcement authority has been granted, through the terms of their Peace Officer Appointment with the Village of Beiseker.
